Before I began seeing Melissa, I had attempted to diagnose and self-treat my anxiety and depression for nearly a decade. During this time my symptoms only became worse and one issue manifested into struggles with eating, body image, confidence, and more.

Scott helped me to really tease apart a complicated issue I was dealing with.
