Our staff consists of a diverse team of highly trained and specialized clinicians, each possessing a wide range of expertise and experience. We provide services that are individually tailored to meet your specific needs with the belief that everyone can lead a more fulfilling and mindful life.

One of our staff members will then do a telephone intake with you, and match you as best as possible with one of our therapists. Payment for services is made at each session.  

Effective March 1st, 2018, Intown Counseling & Wellness, LLC will require all patients keep an active credit card on file with us. Circumstances when your card would be charged include but are not limited to: missed or canceled sessions without 24 hour notice, missed co-payments, deductible and co- insurance, any non-covered services and/or denial of services.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you show us consideration by calling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend. Failure to keep your appointment hinders our ability to provide the best care. In an effort to minimize missed appointments, we have implemented a “No-Show or Late Cancellation” fee of $75.00. Our cancellation policy does apply to initial appointments.


If you have healthcare insurance with mental health benefits, then some or all of your fees at Intown Counseling & Wellness may be covered. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company to determine the details of your insurance policy, such as copayment and deductible information.  We make every effort to accurately verify your coverage, but it is necessary to remind you that your policy is ultimately a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Please remember that a verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment or eligibility. Claims are processed based on the terms and conditions of the plan in effect at the time services are rendered.  All claims are subject to review by the insurance carrier upon submission. 

If we are out-of-network, your insurance provider will likely pay a percentage of the fees at an out-of-network rate. In that case, you will be responsible to pay for services at the time of your appointment. We’ll provide you with a “Superbill” and your insurance company will reimburse you a percentage of the cost directly to you.
